  • How do I send through my logo image to customise my digi products?
    On confirmation of your order, you'll receive an email requesting a high-resolution jpeg or png for your customised digi products. Our team put these custom digiplates and digicards into production as soon as we receive your logo file.
  • When can I expect to receive my digi products?
    Delivery time frames depend on if your digiplates or digicards are customised or non-customised, and where in the world you are. Within Australia & New Zealand, you can expect to have your non-customised digi products delivered within 5 business days, and customised digi-products within 12-15 business days from when we receive your logo file. For other regions, you can expect to have your non-customised digi products delivered within 10 business days, and customised digi-products within 17-20 business days from when we receive your logo file. After your order is processed and dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details to monitor your order's journey to its final destination.
